Abstract:
In order to suppress reductions in system performance even when carrying out communication applying a downlink control channel configuration different from those in existing LTE systems, this user terminal is characterized by being provided with a receiving unit which receives a downlink control channel, and a control unit which controls determination of multiple first radio resources corresponding to multiple downlink control channel candidates in a first aggregation level and controls determination, from said multiple first radio resources, of multiple second radio resources that correspond to multiple downlink control channel candidates in a second aggregation level lower than the first aggregation level.
