Abstract:
The present invention can appropriately receive delivery confirmation information for an uplink data signal when a use band is restricted to a frequency block that is one portion of a system band. The user terminal according to one embodiment has a use band that is restricted to a frequency block that is one portion of a system band. The user terminal is provided with: a reception unit that, via a downlink control channel that is transmitted using a starting subframe of a prescribed cycle, receives delivery confirmation information that corresponds to an uplink data channel; and a control unit that, on the basis of the delivery confirmation information, controls retransmission of the uplink data channel. Feedback timing for the delivery confirmation information is adjusted on the basis of the starting subframe.
