Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to perform communication appropriately in wireless communication systems of the future. This user terminal performs communication using a transmission time interval (TTI) having a predetermined TTI length, and comprises: a receiving unit that receives a DL signal; a transmitting unit that transmits a UL signal; and a control unit that controls one of random access scrambled transmission, SRS transmission, alarm channel reception and mobility reference signal reception on the basis of downlink control information contained in the same TTI.
