Abstract:
This invention suitably performs a transmission-power control when using inter-base-station carrier aggregation. In this invention, when using inter-base-station carrier aggregation, a user terminal performs a transmission-power control by performing power scaling autonomously if the transmission power of said user terminal reaches the maximum transmission power. For example, said user terminal includes: a transmission unit that transmits an uplink physical channel to each component carrier; and a control unit that makes it such that the component carrier to which an uplink physical channel is preferentially transmitted is different at different times.
