Abstract:
The present invention prevents recognition mismatch of a redundancy version value between a wireless base station and a user terminal when asynchronous retransmission control is performed. A user terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with a transmission unit which transmits uplink (UL) data, and a control unit which controls transmission of the UL data on the basis of retransmission control information from the wireless base station. The user terminal is characterized in that the control unit determines, in accordance with a predetermined rule, the value of a redundancy version (RV) applied to the UL data that is transmitted with the same HARQ process number (HPN), and in that the transmission unit transmits RV information indicating the value of the RV together with the UL data.
