Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to inhibit a reduction in mobility, even if multiple beams or transmission/reception points are used. A user terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by being provided with: a reception unit which receives a plurality of measurement signals conforming to measurement resource configurations which are different to each other; a control unit for controlling the measurement of a measurement signal among the plurality of measurement signals which corresponds to resource setting information included in downlink L1/L2 signalling or selected on the basis of a prescribed condition; and a transmission unit which reports measurement results.
