Abstract:
The present invention suitably performs a retransmission control in a unit (for example, a CB unit or a CBG unit) smaller than a TB. A user terminal according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a receiving unit which receives a downlink (DL) signal including one or more code blocks (CBs); and a control unit which controls transmission of acknowledgement information of the DL signal for each CB or each code block group (CBG) including one or more CBs. A CB in which a negative acknowledgement (NACK) is indicated by the acknowledgement information, or a CBG including the CB is retransmitted by using numerology identical to or different from that in a first transmission
