Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to appropriately control retransmission in units smaller than TB (CB units or CBG units, for example). A user terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a reception unit that receives a transport block (TB) which includes at least one code block group (CBG); a transmission unit that transmits retransmission control information indicating ACK or NACK for each CBG; and a determination unit that, if at least one CBG in the TB is to be retransmitted, determines the number of bits of retransmission control information on the basis of the total number of Cogs in the TB or the number of Cogs to be retransmitted.
