Abstract:
In order to suitably control the transmission power of a UL signal at a plurality of TTIs having different time lengths, a user terminal of the present invention is provided with: a receiving unit which receives a transmission power control (TPC) command for a first uplink (UL) signal transmitted at a first transmission time interval (TTI) and/or a TPC command for a second UL signal transmitted at a second TTI, the time length of which is shorter than that of the first TTI; and a control unit which controls the accumulation of the TPC command for the first UL signal and/or the TPC command for the second UL signal.
