Abstract:
Communication of a control channel is appropriately performed when a configuration different from an existing LTE system is applied for performing communication. A user terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by having a reception unit for receiving a DL control channel and a control unit for controlling the monitoring of a candidate for the DL control channel, the control unit determining an aggregation level and/or the number of DL control channel candidates to monitor on the basis of a DCI format and/or a DCI payload size.
