Abstract:
The user terminal according to the present invention comprises: a transmission unit that transmits uplink control information (UCI) by using an uplink control channel; and a control unit that determines a resource for use in transmission of the UCI, on the basis of a resource identifier indicated by a first field value included in first downlink control information and a first implied value and a second implied value indicated by a second field value included in second downlink control information.
