Abstract:
A user terminal that has: a reception unit that receives downlink signals in a downlink partial band; a transmission unit that transmits, in an uplink partial band, channel state information reports that are based on the downlink signals; and a control unit that controls switching of the downlink partial band and/or the uplink partial band and/or controls transmission of the channel state information reports.
