Abstract:

A user terminal of one embodiment of the present disclosure is characterized by including: a transmission unit that executes non-codebook (NCB) based transmission; and a control unit that determines the transmission power of a phase tracking reference signal (PTRS) in the NCB based transmission. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the PTRS transmission power in the NCB transmission can be appropriately determined.
