Abstract:
A user terminal according to one embodiment is characterized by including: a control unit that determines, on the basis of a specific ability of the user terminal, the number of first reference signals for beam obstacle detection and/or the number of second reference signals for new candidate beam identification, which can be simultaneously monitored across a plurality of cells; and a receiving unit that simultaneously monitors, in at least one cell, the first reference signals and/or the second reference signals, on the basis of the number of first reference signals and/or the number of second reference signals, which can be simultaneously monitored across the plurality of cells. According to this embodiment, it is possible to appropriately implement a beam recovery procedure even when BFR is supported in a plurality of cells.
