Abstract:
A user terminal according to an aspect of the present disclosure comprises: a transmission unit which transmits information about a new candidate beam when a beam failure in a predetermined cell is detected; and a control unit which uses a predetermined reference signal as a reference signal for the new candidate beam when the reference signal for the new candidate beam is not set.
