Abstract:
In order to appropriately control UL grant-free transmissions, this user terminal has: a transmission unit that performs UL grant-free transmissions whereby UL data is sent without a UL transmission instruction from a wireless base station; and a control unit that controls UL grant-free transmissions on the basis of a resource period for UL grant-free transmissions, notified by upper layer signaling, and physical layer signaling that notifies activation of UL grant-free transmissions. The control unit determines a start position for UL grant-free transmission resources to which a prescribed period is applied, on the basis of offset information included in the physical layer signaling.
