Abstract:
In order to appropriately control CSI notifications even when making CSI notifications by using a different method to an existing LTE system, this user terminal has: a reception unit that receives downlink control information instructing the activation or deactivation of semi-persistent channel status information; and a control unit that interprets a prescribed bit field included in the downlink control information, in accordance with an RNTI applied to the downlink control information CRC, and controls the transmission of the semi-persistent channel status information.
