Abstract:
In order to appropriately adopt a prescribed DCI format and a TCP command that is included in the prescribed DCI format in a future wireless communication system, one aspect of a user terminal of the present disclosure comprises: a receiving unit that receives downlink control information (DCI) that includes a transmit power control (TPC) command that is adopted in uplink transmission in one or more component carrier; and a control unit that monitors the DCI in a prescribed component carrier that is instructed by a monitoring action of the DCI.
