2. A method according to claim 1 wherein the structural rear of said signage, which is open to public view, would be covered with an advertising sign.

3. A method according to claim 2 which would allow

advertisers to show their products within safety and clutter Government guidelines.

4. A method according to claims 2 and 3 to allow

Governmental bodies to receive substantial income from an otherwise wasted area.
