Abstract:
The invention relates to a utilization plant for vehicle braking energy and wheel vibration energy. It includes a hydraulic motor/pump, a controllable changeover valve, a power reservoir, a control unit, and a liquid reservoir. The controllable changeover valve is a three-way two-position valve. The two valve ports C and D on the one side of the controllable changeover valve are respectively connected with the two liquid ports of the hydraulic motor/pump. The valve port A on the other side of the controllable changeover valve is connected with the liquid reservoir and with the power reservoir by a pressure relief valve. Another valve port B of this controllable changeover valve is connected with the power reservoir. In the first position of this changeover valve, C is communicated with D while A and B is close. In the second position, A is communicated with C and B is communicated with D. In the third position, A is communicated with D and B is communicated with C. The power reservoir is provided with a pressure sensor. The axle of the hydraulic motor/pump is joined with power transmission system of the vehicle. The controllable end of the changeover valve is connected with the output end of the control unit; the input end of it is associated with the vehicle braking signal, vehicle reversing signal, and pressure sensor. The equipment of the invention can stockpile the vehicle braking energy and the wheel vibration energy effectively, and use it for starting and driving vehicles, at the same time it saves energy markedly.
