Abstract:
The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet or an adhesive tape which has an electromagnetic wave-blocking function, and provides a method for producing a UV-curable adhesive sheet in which an electromagnetic wave filler has enhanced efficiency, whereby an adhesive sheet having an electromagnetic wave-blocking function is produced in order to increase the intensity of a material having an electromagnetic wave-blocking function and enable even distribution thereof, the method comprising: a step of mixing at least one filler, among an electromagnetic wave-absorbing filler and an electromagnetic wave-blocking filler, with an adhesive resin composition comprising an adhesive polymeric resin and agitating the mixture; a step of coating the agitated adhesive resin composition on a releasing film or an ordinary film; a step of attaching a releasing film onto the coated adhesive layer; a step of curing the adhesive resin composition by passing same through a UV zone in which a UV light source and output change gradually; a step of performing thermal compression; and a step of winding the thermally compressed adhesive sheet, wherein the thickness of the adhesive sheet after the thermal compression is 20-50% of the coated thickness of the adhesive resin composition. The present invention allows a material having an electromagnetic wave-absorbing function to be evenly distributed in an adhesive sheet, thereby having an excellent electromagnetic wave-blocking function, and allows the intensity of a material having an electromagnetic wave-blocking function to increase, thereby increasing the electromagnetic wave-blocking efficiency. Further, instead of the conventional sheet production involving the two separate processes of coating and calendering, roll production is possible by improving the two processes to one process employing a UV method.
