Abstract:
A polymer thick film (PTF) laminate includes a first envelope layer (104), which is applied onto a transfer release film (102) to form a border (105), electroluminescent layers (106, 108, 110, 112) and a second envelope layer (114). The PTF laminate also includes a bus bar (107), an adhesive layer (116) and a rear contact window (118A). A process of making a PTF laminate includes the steps of applying PTF layers using UV-curable inks and curing the ink layers by exposure to UV radiation.
