Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of household appliance panels, and discloses a UV dip-dyeing apparatus, comprising a dye processing assembly, a dip-dyeing assembly, and a post-processing assembly. The dye processing assembly comprises a dye tank and a stirring and heating device, and is used for preparing a dye before dip-dyeing. The dip-dyeing assembly comprises a main dyeing tank and a lifting/lowering assembly, and the lifting/lowering assembly is used for driving at least part of an original sheet having a UV glue layer on the surface thereof to be gradually lowered in the main dyeing tank in a reciprocating and inching mode, so that the surface of the original sheet having the UV glue layer is dip-dyed with the dye, thereby obtaining a dyed panel. The UV glue layer on the pre-dyed surface is dynamically and uniformly dip-dyed with the dye, such that the dyeing effect is more natural, the pre-dyed surface has excellent light transmittance, and the probability of forming an ineffective area which is not dip-dyed uniformly is substantially reduced by dip-dyeing. The post-processing assembly comprises a cleaning device and a water removal device, the cleaning device is used for clearing the dye which is not attached after the original sheet is dip-dyed, and the water removal device is used for removing water left after the original sheet is cleaned.
