Abstract:
A UV dip dyeing apparatus, which relates to the technical field of panels of household appliances, and comprises: a main dyeing tank (100), wherein dye can uniformly flow from bottom to top in the main dyeing tank (100); and a lifting assembly, which comprises a lifting part and a shelving part. The shelving part is arranged above the main dyeing tank (100) and is used for vertically shelving a substrate (301), at least part of a surface of which has a UV adhesive layer; and the lifting part is connected to the shelving part and is used for driving, by means of the shelving part, the substrate to gradually descend in the main dyeing tank (100) in a reciprocating inching manner, such that the dye dip-dyes the surface of the substrate (301) having the UV adhesive layer. The lifting assembly drives the substrate (301) to gradually descend in a reciprocating inching manner into the dye that uniformly flows from bottom to top, such that the dye dynamically and uniformly dyes the UV adhesive layer on a ready-for-dyeing surface. Therefore, the dyeing effect is more natural, the ready-for-dyeing surface has excellent light transmittance, and the probability of an invalid area with uneven dip dyeing is effectively reduced by performing dip dyeing.
