Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of household appliances and discloses UV immersion dyeing device. The UV immersion dyeing device comprises: a dye treatment assembly, which comprises a dye trough having dye; an immersion dyeing assembly, which comprises an inner trough and an outer trough; the inner trough is sleeved by the outer trough, and a return flow gap is formed between the inner and outer troughs; and uniform flow assembly, which comprises a pump body portion and a uniform flow portion; the dye trough is in communication with the bottom of the inner trough by means of the pump body portion, so as to pump dye into the inner trough; and the dye within the inner trough overflows into the return flow gap, so as to cause the dye to flow from bottom to top within the inner trough; and the uniform flow portion is arranged within the inner trough and is used for causing the dye in the inner trough to flow uniformly, thereby dyeing an original member having a UV adhesive layer on at least part of a surface. The dye uniformly flowing from bottom to top within the inner trough is used for immersion dyeing and coloring application to a surface of the original member having a UV adhesive layer, the probability of a void area that has been unevenly immersion dyed can be reduced, and a dyed panel having a natural and uniform dyed color as well as good light transmittance is obtained.
