Abstract:
A V-belt manufacturing method uses a belt mold (43) in which multiple compressed layer-forming grooves (43a) are provided consecutively in the groove width direction. A belt slab is molded by cross-linking a molding (36), on the outer circumferential surface of which multiple protruding lines (111a') are provided consecutively, and integrating the molding with a fabric material (112') with compressed layer-forming sections (11'), which are configured by covering the protruding lines (111a') with the fabric material (112'), being fitted into the corresponding compressed layer-forming grooves (43a) of the belt mold (43). The belt slab is cut into round slices with the compressed layer-forming sections (111a') as a unit.
