Abstract:
An I-V conversion module, relating to the technical field of electronics. The I-V conversion module comprises a current output sensor (3), an I-V conversion circuit (1), a sampling holding circuit (2), a source follower (M1), a loop switch (S1) and a bypass circuit. A drain of the source follower (M1) is connected to an input/output end of the sampling holding circuit (2), a source thereof is connected to an input end of the I-V conversion circuit (1) and an output end of the current output sensor (3), and a gate thereof is connected to an output end of the I-V conversion circuit (1) by means of the loop switch (S1) and is also connected to the bypass circuit. The loop switch (S1) is switched on, the bypass circuit is disabled, and a feedback loop formed by the source follower (M1), the I-V conversion circuit (1) and the loop switch (S1) is conducted, and thus the I-V conversion module enters a sampling establishment stage. The I-V conversion module greatly improves the speed of establishing a sampling holding circuit (2), so as to improve the conversion rate of an I-V conversion circuit (1).
