Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to prompt swift use by the user of a facility or installation offered to users when said facility or installation is crowded, and bring about an effective resolution to the crowding. A vacancy management device according to the present invention manages vacancy information of a facility offered to users, said device comprising: a distribution means for distributing vacancy information of a facility to a display device referred to by users; a sensing means for sensing usage standby for the facility by sensing operations performed by a first user on an operating device installed in the facility; and a notification means for sending information pertaining to standby users including the first user to a notification terminal installed in the facility being used by a second user, in the event that the facility is fully occupied and usage standby has been sensed. On the above basis, the second user is prompted to swiftly use the facility.
