Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a vacancy management system, a vacancy management method, and a program, whereby costs are suppressed and user-friendliness is improved. [Solution] A vacancy management system 1 that performs image analysis on captured images captured by a camera 100 and manages vacancies. The vacancy management system 1: obtains captured images; performs image analysis on the obtained captured images; detects how many chairs are at a table, on the basis of the image analysis results; detects whether or not people are sitting on the chairs, on the basis of the image analysis results; and displays vacancy information on the basis of the detected number of chairs and the presence of detected people.
