Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vacant seat management system which can appropriately manage vacant seat information of a store while reducing cost with a simple configuration. In a vacant seat management system according to the present invention, data which indicates that a first button provided to a store terminal has been pressed and identification information of the store terminal are sent from the store terminal to an information processing device when the first button is pressed, and the information processing device updates vacant seat information on a database on the basis of the data (see fig. 1).
