Abstract:
A vaccaria segetalis polysaccharide hydrolysate and medical application thereof. The vaccaria segetalis polysaccharide hydrolysate is obtained by hydrolyzing vaccaria segetalis seed polysaccharide, and the molecular weight is 1.7-50 kDa. A preparation method of the vaccaria segetalis seed polysaccharide comprises the steps of: taking a vaccaria segetalis seed; adding distilled water for extraction; filtering the extracting solution and collecting a filtrate, and heating and concentrating same; adding alcohol to the concentrated extracting solution under stirring until the concentration of the alcohol reaches 50-95%; performing standing or centrifugation; and collecting the precipitate. A hydrolysis method of the vaccaria segetalis seed polysaccharide comprises the steps of: dissolving the vaccaria segetalis seed polysaccharide in a hydrochloric acid solution; performing heating and hydrolysis; regulating the pH to be neutral by means of alkali; and then performing desalination.
