Abstract:
Immunogenicity of an antigen peptide is increased by administering, to an animal, a transfectant that has been transfected with a fusion protein or a gene that codes the same, said fusion protein including an antigen peptide and an adjuvant protein, wherein the adjuvant protein includes two or more proteins selected from the group consisting of the B subunit (Stx2eB) of Shiga toxin 2e, the B subunit (LTB) of a heat-labile Escherichia coli toxin, and the B subunit (CTB) of a cholera toxin.
