Abstract:
A vaccine preparation characterized by comprising: a liposome which has, on its surface, an oligosaccharide capable of binding to a sugar chain recognizing molecule located on the surface of an antigen presenting cell; and dense granule protein 7 or apical membrane antigen 1 each derived from Neospora caninum or an immunologically active mutant or derivative thereof, which is encapsulated in the liposome.
