The vaccine vial comprises a vial body (10), a vaccine vial cap having a radio frequency function is provided at an opening of the vial body (10), the vaccine vial cap comprises a plastic upper cap (30), a micro metal-resistant radio frequency sensor (50) is fixed at the top of the plastic upper cap (30), the micro metal-resistant radio frequency sensor (50) comprises an antenna layer (52) and a radio frequency chip (51) fixed on the surface of the antenna layer (52), an isolation layer (54) is fixed at the bottom of the antenna layer (52), and the isolation layer (54) is attached to the surface of the plastic upper cap (30).
