Abstract:
Provided is a vacuum cavity structure of an ultra-high-gravity geotechnical centrifugal device. The vacuum cavity structure comprises a cylindrical barrel (10); a convex sealing head (19), a lower sealing head (7), a lower bearing sealing cover (4), a top cylindrical barrel (24) and an upper sealing plate (22) constitute a vacuum pressure-bearing cavity; a high-speed rotor system (46) is surrounded in the vacuum pressure-bearing cavity; a cylindrical cooling device (11) is arranged between an inner side of the cylindrical barrel (10) and the high-speed rotor system (46); and an annular cooling device (27) is arranged directly above hanging baskets (13) at two sides of a rotating arm (14) of a centrifuge. A vibration isolation expansion joint (47) is arranged at an intersection of the high-speed rotor system (46) and the cylindrical barrel (10), such that the vibration of a host is isolated from the vacuum cavity, thereby greatly reducing the vibration; and a lower bearing system (3) and an upper bearing system (18) are placed outside the vacuum pressure-bearing cavity, such that the centrifuge operates with low power consumption under vacuum, and the bearing systems operate reliably under normal pressure. By means of the vacuum cavity structure, the gravitational acceleration of an ultra-high-gravity geotechnical centrifuge can reach more than 1500 g, and the problem of ultra-high-gravity geotechnical centrifuges having difficulties regarding a large amount of vibration and heat dissipation is solved.
