Abstract:
A vacuum chuck, comprising an integrated shell (1), a main body support (2), a suction piece (3), and a positioning ring (4) provided between the shell (1) and the main body support (2) for connecting the shell (1) and the suction piece (3). The shell (1) is cylindrical with the bottom opened, the center of the top of the shell (1) is provided with an avoiding hole (11), and the inner wall of the top thereof is provided with a plurality of toggle teeth (12). The main body support (2) comprises a bottom plate (21), a fixing column (24) located at the center of the bottom plate (21), and an outer ring (22) and an inner ring (23) concentric to the fixing column (24). The suction piece (3) comprises a suction plate (31) and a plurality of hanging teeth (22) located at the center of the suction plate (31). The positioning ring (4) comprises a plurality of toggle holes (41) provided on the positioning ring (4) and a plurality of toggle tables (42) located at the inner wall of the positioning ring (4). The chuck has the advantages of simple structure and strong adsorption capacity.
