Abstract:
Provided by the present invention is a vacuum cleaner suction nozzle, which is used to directly or indirectly communicate with a main machine of the vacuum cleaner in order to suction up dust from a surface to be cleaned. The suction nozzle comprises: a suction nozzle main body (11), which is provided with a roller (12); a connecting pipe (13), which is rotatably connected to the suction nozzle main body (11) and which is used for conveying dust-containing air flow introduced below the suction nozzle main body (11) to the main machine of the vacuum cleaner; and a braking mechanism, which is provided between the roller (12) and the connecting pipe (13) and which is used for limiting the rotation of the roller (12). The braking mechanism comprises at least one element (15) for blocking the inner side of the roller as well as a swing hook (16); the element (15) for blocking the inner side of the roller is disposed at the inner side of the roller (12); an upper part of the swing hook (16) is rotatably connected to the suction nozzle main body (11), and a lower part thereof extends in a direction facing away from a rotary shaft of the roller (12) so as to form a hook tip (18). When the suction nozzle of the vacuum cleaner is in a first state in which the limitation on the roller (12) is removed, the hook tip (18) is separated from the element (15) for blocking the inner side of the roller so that the roller (12) may rotate freely. When the suction nozzle of the vacuum cleaner is in a second state in which the rotation of the roller (12) is limited, the hook tip (18) abuts against the element (15) for blocking the inner side of the roller, thereby limiting the rotation of the roller (12).
