Abstract:

The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner according to the present invention comprises: a cleaner body; a suction hose mounted on a front surface of the cleaner body and suctioning dust; moving wheels provided on both sides of the cleaner body, rotated for moving of the cleaner body, and supporting the cleaner body rotatably; a wheel motor connected to the moving wheel and rotating the moving wheel; a sensing unit provided on the cleaner body, sensing tilting of the cleaner body to determine a state in which the vacuum cleaner is moved or stopped; a plurality of obstacle sensing members mounted on the front surface of the cleaner body, located on both sides of the suction hose, and sensing obstacles; and a control unit for controlling the wheel motor according to sensing signals of the sensing unit and the obstacle sensing members.
