Abstract:

The invention is vacuum cleaning equipment (1, 51) provided with vapor generating means (8, 8a, 53, 53a) for generating vapor of a petroleum-based solvent, a cleaning chamber (2) capable of cleaning the work piece under reduced pressure by vapor fed from the vapor generating means, a condensing chamber (21) connected to the cleaning chamber and kept in a state of reduced pressure; a temperature maintaining means (22) for keeping the condensing chamber at a lower temperature than the cleaning chamber, and an opening and closing means (20) for allowing or blocking communication between the condensing chamber and the cleaning chamber.
