Abstract:
A vacuum cooling machine capable of solving food safety hygienic problems, comprising a tank body which has a feed and output opening and a sealing door used for sealing the feed and output opening, wherein waterproof door locks for locking the sealing door at the feed and output opening are provided on the tank body and the sealing door; a guiding and positioning mechanism is disposed on the tank body; a waterproof electrical control cabinet provided with electrical apparatus elements and a waterproof junction box buried in the tank body and leading out from electrical wires are disposed on a side surface of the tank body; a temperature sensor connected to the electrical apparatus elements is provided in the tank body; an electric control tank which has a buzzer and which is rotatably connected to the tank body is suspended on an outer side of the tank body; a controller which cooperates with the electric control tank to facilitate loading and unloading and a heat exchange device connected to the tank body are disposed on a side surface of the tank body; a jet device provided with a steam inlet and outlet communicates with the heat exchange device and the tank body; and the vacuum cooling machine also comprises a re-pressing mechanism which is connected to the tank body and is used for balancing the pressure difference in the tank body after cooling is completed so that the sealing door may be opened.
