Abstract:
The present invention is a vacuum degassing apparatus, for degassing, in vacuum, air contained in an industrial raw material resin or a dust-form solid, comprising: a frame, which has a space portion formed therein, and a pressurizing roller which rotates so as to pressurize powder flowing in; a cylindrical vacuum roller which faces the pressurizing roller, pressurizes the powder, is linked to a vacuum pump, and has a filter on the outer circumferential surface so as to withdraw and degas the air from the pressurized powder in vacuum; a vacuum degassing part which is connected to the vacuum pump and has a flow path so as to enable the degassing of the air from one side of the vacuum roller; and a gap adjustment part which enables backward-and-forward reciprocation of the pressurizing roller such that the gap between the pressurizing roller and the vacuum roller is adjusted from one side of the frame. By means of providing the gap adjustment part, for adjusting the gap between the pressurizing roller and the vacuum roller, on one side of the frame, adjustment can appropriately be made in accordance with a discharged volume or the concentration of the pressurized powder. When adjusting the gap, the gap can perfectly be fixed and the degassing work can be done without any wobbling even at a high speed. When adjusting the gap, the gap can perfectly be adjusted by means of guiding and moving in accordance with a home position. The vacuum degassing parts are provided on both sides and thus the powder is degassed of air from both sides and the degassing effect can be doubled.
