Abstract:
The present invention relates to vacuum degassing equipment and a refining method using the same, the equipment comprising: a vacuum tank having a space therein; a plurality of dip tubes, which are mounted at the lower part of the vacuum tank and can be dipped in a material to be treated in a vessel; a plurality of nozzles provided to be spaced apart in the circumferential direction on the inner wall of any one dip tube; a gas supplier connected to the plurality of nozzles; and a controller for controlling the gas supplier so as to asymmetrically supply gas to the plurality of nozzles, and the vacuum degassing equipment and the refining method can improve the removal efficiency of inclusions in the material to be treated, by increasing turbulent components in the material to be treated while maintaining the total amount of the gas.
