Abstract:
Disclosed is a vacuum degreasing and sintering furnace with dual internal pumping lower pipes, which relates to the technical field of vacuum degreasing and sintering furnaces. The vacuum degreasing and sintering furnace comprises a first air outlet (2) and a second air outlet (3), which are provided on a material box bottom plate (1), with the first air outlet (2) being connected to a degreasing pipeline (5) by means of a furnace body flange (4), and the second air outlet (3) being connected to an internal pumping pipeline (6) by means of the furnace body flange (4), wherein the tail end of the internal pumping pipeline (6) is separately connected to an internal pumping vacuum pipeline (7) and a partial pressure sintering pipeline (8), the internal pumping vacuum pipeline (7) is connected to a Roots pump (9), and the Roots pump (9) is connected to a vacuum pump (10) by means of a pipeline; the degreasing pipeline (5) is sequentially connected to a grease collection box (11) and a trap (12), and the trap (12) is in communication with the tail end of the partial pressure sintering pipeline (8) and is then connected to a pipeline between the Roots pump (9) and the vacuum pump (10) by means of a pipeline; and the internal pumping pipeline (6) and the degreasing pipeline (5) are each provided with a control valve (13) and a pressure sensor (14). The vacuum degreasing and sintering furnace can ensure that a pipeline is unobstructed during partial pressure sintering, and solves the problem of raising an alarm regarding an overheated pipe when there is a large airflow in the furnace.
