Abstract:
This vacuum degree retaining sheet is formed from a binder resin and an inorganic moisture-absorbing material. A fluororesin provided with a heat resistance of at least 300℃ is preferably used as the binder resin. An LSX type or X type zeolite in which the cation portion of the zeolite has been ion-exchanged with Na, K, or Li is preferable as the inorganic moisture-absorbing material. The inorganic moisture-absorbing material is made into a sheet along with a resin binder, and it is preferable to make a sheet having a desired thickness by configuring fibers of a resin binder having the same fiber diameter or different fiber diameter to form crosslinking points between the fibers. The resulting vacuum degree retaining sheet has a high capacity for absorbing moisture or the like, and has good reproducibility when caused to repeatedly adsorb and desorb moisture and thus exhibits superior convenience.
