Abstract:
A vacuum desorption, impregnation and curing system, and a vacuum desorption apparatus and process for a magnetic pole protection coating. In the vacuum desorption process, before injection of an impregnation liquid, vacuumizing desorption is performed on an enclosed system formed by a magnet yoke (15) in a magnetic pole and a vacuum bag (17), and a function relation of a vacuum degree or pressure in the enclosed system is established in order to control a vacuum desorption procedure; parameters in the function relation comprise an average air pumping volume flow of a vacuum pump (18), a vacuumization duration, an initial pressure in the enclosed system, and an initial volume of the enclosed system. In the desorption, impregnation and curing system and the process thereof, the function relation provides a vacuum desorption standard, so that desorption time can be better grasped, and the effect of mutual test with a detected pressure is achieved.
