Abstract:
A vacuum drawing apparatus and method. The apparatus comprises a vacuum pump body and a vacuum cover body. The vacuum pump body further comprises a vacuum pump, a suction tube, and a suction nozzle; the vacuum cover body further comprises a suction nozzle socket, wherein the vacuum pump is communicated with the suction nozzle by means of the suction tube; the suction nozzle is a hollow cylinder; the middle of the suction nozzle socket is a hollow cylinder, and a groove is provided at the periphery; the suction nozzle corresponds to the groove of the suction nozzle socket; an inner diameter of the hollow cylinder of the suction nozzle is not greater than an outer diameter of the hollow cylinder of the suction nozzle socket; a positioning component is provided at the position where the vacuum pump body corresponds to the vacuum cover body for ensuring that the hollow cylinder of the suction nozzle socket is inserted in the hollow cylinder of the suction nozzle. The apparatus is able to accurately achieve communication between the vacuum pump body and the cover body, and under an unsupervised situation, is able to complete a vacuum draying process, and is convenient to use.
