Abstract:
A dual shaft dryer, comprising a housing (1) and two main shafts (3); both ends of the main shafts (3) are provided with a connecting end 1 (3a) and a connecting end 2 (3b) respectively, and the interior of the main shafts (3) are provided with cavities (3c); the connecting ends 1 (3a) are provided with air outlet holes (3a1), and the connecting ends 2 (3b) are provided with air inlet holes (3b1), the air outlet holes (3a1) and the air inlet holes (3b1) both being in communication with the cavities (3c); a plurality of annular heating plates (5) are disposed on the main shafts (3) along the axial direction, and the heating plates (5) on the two main shafts (3) are disposed at intervals; the heating plates (5) are provided therein with steam chambers (5h), and the steam chambers (5h) communicate with the cavities (3c); the diameter of the heating plates (5) on one of the main shafts (3) is smaller than the diameter of the heating plates (5) on the other main shaft (3), and the edges of the heating plates (5) having the smaller diameters are provided with scrapers (8) that are used for scraping material adhering to surfaces of the heating plates (5) having the larger diameters and that push the material from a material inlet to a material outlet. The present invention is used to dry sticky materials and has the advantages of having a good drying effect and so on.
