Abstract:
A vacuum film application box, which comprises: a bottom box (1), a cover plate (2), and an elastic soft film (3); the bottom box (1) is provided with an air suction hole (c); the cover plate (2) is provided with a vent hole (e); the cover plate (2) covers the upper side of the bottom box (1); the elastic soft film (3) is located between the bottom box (1) and the cover plate (2), and a first space (a) is formed between the elastic soft film (3) and the bottom box (1); the first space (a) is used for placing an electronic device and a protective film; and the air suction hole (c) is communicated with the first space (a) and the outside of the bottom box (1), and is used for being connected to an external negative pressure device (4). In one solution, an inner side surface of the cover plate (2) is a flat surface, and the elastic soft film (3) is attached to the inner side of the cover plate (2). In another solution, a second space (b) is formed between the elastic soft film (3) and the cover plate (2); and the vent hole (e) is communicated with the second space (b) and the outside of the cover plate (2), and is used for being connected to an external negative pressure device (4). The invention has the advantage that bubbles are not easily formed during film application.
