A vacuum food processing machine, comprising a base (1), a food container, a cup cover, a first gas channel, a second gas channel, an evacuating mechanism (3) and a third gas channel; the base (1) is provided with a control mainboard and a motor (12) which is electrically connected to the control mainboard; the food container employs a mixing cup (2) and a storage cup (5); the cup cover is provided with the first gas channel; the food container is provided with the second gas channel; the base (1) is provided with the evacuating mechanism (3) and the third gas channel; the cup cover fits and seals the food container; a first cup cover gas port of the first gas channel is in communication with a sealed cavity for food; a second cup cover gas port of the first gas channel is in communication with a first cup body gas port of the second gas channel; the food container and the base (1) are fitted to each other and transmit power therebetween; when the food container is put on the base (1), a second cup body gas port of the second gas channel is connected to a base gas port of the third gas channel. The vacuum food processing machine is designed to have multiple sections that are separable, such that the base (1) has a simple and compact structure and a smaller volume.
