Description A Vacuum Generator 1) Technical Field Generally electric vacuum pumps are being used for making vacuum situation, but compressed air powered vacuums are being used widely on industry division because of their merits like as no heat emission, no vibration, low noise, easy to installation and small size.

2) Background Art A venturi type vacuum pump which use compressed air has multi fixed vacuum chambers and the nozzles which were already produced separately are placed in the one line.

3) Disclosure of Invention The present method has difficulty assembling the nozzles in the vacuum chambers because the individual nozzles have to be placed on same axis and the precise interval of nozzles have to be maintained. When the nozzles are blocked by dust on using, fixed vacuum chambers and nozzles can bother users to drill the hole of nozzle.

The goal of this invention is to solve the problems like the process of placing the nozzles on the same axis, the speed of assembling and cleaning the nozzles.

The vacuum chamber which is not separated with the nozzle is assembled to the next vacuum chamber. The nozzles are arranged without special attachment to the vacuum chambers. Also the vacuum chamber can be separated easily when user want to clean the nozzles because the invention does not need any adhesive materials.

Especially the numbers of the nozzles are many, the speed of invention is faster then the method of bonding the nozzles and the vacuum chamber individually.

4) Brief Description of Drawings Fig-3 shows the drawing of assembling the parts on Fig-2.

At first, the compressed air pass the port (14). The compressed air flow the various nozzle (10) and generate vacuum (15) at the same time. The compressed air and induced air are mixed in the vacuum chambers (16) and exhausted (18).

The vacuum chambers (16) maintain different vacuum level and induced flow.

Sequently the check valves (11) block the holes of the vacuum chambers.

Finally the vacuum line (15) maintain maximum vacuum level.

The big merit of this invention is to be assembled and disassembled easily for cleaning the nozzles by users or assemblers because the vacuum chambers (16) which have nozzles (10) can be separated individually. Also the speed of assembling is faster because of use of seal (12) instead of glue bonding the individual nozzles.

Fig-3 shows the shape of cross section when the part of fig-2 are assembled.

The most import things for maximum vacuum level, maximum vacuum flow are the perfect seal and arranged nozzles which maintain exact angle and intervals. The internal shape of nozzle and combination of them are important, too.

6) Industrial Applicability Vacuum is-pressure. We can use this invention which require vacuum, for examples, conveying of powders and granules, filling liquids, vacuum forming, load & unloading system, printing machine and so on.
